Order Cancellations & Amendments
We understand that plans can change. Customers may request to cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving your order.

If you need to update shipping details or correct an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order to ensure the best chance of making the change.
Shipping Issues & Liability
We are not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by customers as a result of delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments. In such cases, our responsibility is limited to replacing the affected items or issuing a refund for the original order, in accordance with our policies.

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Return policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the same protective packaging they were shipped in. For trading cards, this means they must remain unplayed, unaltered, and free of damage. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened from sealed products (such as booster packs or boxes), unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
